Returns and Exchanges

 

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note to be eligible for return, all scrub tops & pants must be unused and unwashed. U.S customers are eligible for exchanges but currently we only offer returns for International customers. Exchanges are not possible for Interational customers due to customs rules.

Final sale items are only eligible for exchange.

You can choose from two easy ways to return and exchange:

 

Free, In-person returns

Don't like printing out labels and boxing them up? No worries! You can return any of your items at one of the over 5,000 Happy Returns drop-off locations nationwide. Simply start your return or exchange online to receive a QR code for a contact-free drop off - and swing by the Returns Bar closest to you.*

 

Free Returns by Mail

If you would prefer to return/exchange products via mail, simply print a shipping label and drop off at the carriers listed on the label.*

 

*Please note - currently our exchanges are limited to products within the same style and lengths. For example you can exchange Navy Cargo Pants Size XXS for Size S or even for a Wine Cargo Pants in any size/length. But you cannot exchange a Cargo Pants for Joggers. The same goes for tops - you can exchange the One Pocket Top for any color/size One Pocket Top but you cannot exchange a One Pocket Top for a Six Pocket Top - simply chose to return the product for a full refund or store credit and then place a new order.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Don't love what you received? No problem! We gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase. 

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges for UK customers. Only returns are available.

Scrubs must be unworn and unwashed. 

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

If you are returning an order, your refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Who pays for for the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective/faulty item). If the error is ours, please contact us before returning your item for more guidance on postage costs.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders shipped within the UK typically take 3-5 business days. Once every order is shipped, we send you and email with all the tracking stuff.
